Cancellation Policy
If the cancellation of the reservation occurs:
- 22 or more days before the client-visitor's
scheduled arrival date, the deposit is refunded. (possible expenses are
covered by the client-visitor).
- 14 or 21 days before the client-visitor's
scheduled arrival date, 50% of the deposit is refunded (possible
expenses are covered by the client-visitor).
- 13 or less days before the client-visitor's scheduled arrival date no sum is refunded
