History
Faros,Parthenon and Kalina Family Hotels (Rent
Rooms/Apartments) are Family run businesses where our aim is to make
our guests feel like they have arrived at their Home away from Home and
that they are members of our extended family ...
 Faros
Family Hotel was built in 1986 literally one step away from the sea( Faros in
Greek means Lighthouse). Situated right next to the sea each apartment offers
you the opportunity to see ,smell and hear the Meditteranean sea
upclose.During these many succesful years that we have
operated we have found that many of our Guests return often When asked
Why...? They invariably answer that their previous holiday
was fantastic and that they missed us and there Home away From Home.

Parthenon Family Hotel (Rent
Rooms/Apartments) was purchased in 2003 and renovated in 2004 / 2005. Parthenon
is situated near to Faros and is built on a hill overlooking the
harbour and the town of Neos Marmaras. Parthenons large back garden
with childrens playground and barbeque area ,affords the visitors

Kalina Family Hotel was purchased in March 2007. We have installed A/C , TV'S and WIRELESS INTERNET in all apartments to improve the quality of the services provided to our guests. Kalina Family Hotel is next door to Parthenon Family Hotel thus allowing guests the use of Parthenons Playground and Barbeque Area.

Faros Parthenon and Kalina Family Hotels
(Rent Rooms/Apartments) are managed by Ivana Zivkovic-Caldis and
Michael Caldis.
 Ivana (a native of Serbia) is
fluent in English
and Serbian and also has a knowledge of (or can understand) Russian.
Ivana is at the moment Learning to speak Greek
Michael (a Marmara/Greek native who grew up in
Cape Town,South Africa though) is fluent in Greek ,English , Africaans
(Thus can understand a little Dutch and German ) Michael is in the
process of trying to learn Serbian
